Passionate about healthcare education and simulation? Join our team as a Simulation Program Coordinator, supporting a team of clinical instructors in delivering simulation-based learning experiences that strengthen clinical judgment, teamwork, and patient safety.


In this role, you will coordinate and support simulation activities in silico and in situ, applying healthcare simulation best practices and INACSL and SSH standards. You will collaborate with educators and stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate simulation while providing operational and technical expertise to ensure successful learning experiences.


We work with Gaumard manikins and Education Managerment Systems AV.


Responsibilities

Coordinate, implement, and evaluate healthcare simulation program; support simulation operations and technology; collaborate with stakeholders to enhance clinical learning, performance and patient safety.


Qualifications

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a health sciences-related field
  • Master's degree in Education, Healthcare Simulation, or related discipline


Preferred Certifications

  • Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE)
  • Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist (CHSOS)


Experience

  • 3-5 years of healthcare simulation experience
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and evaluating simulation-based learning activities
  • Experience working with simulation technologies, instructional design principles, and audiovisual systems
