Travel Risk and Compliance Manager | Inpatient

Location: San Carlos, AZ

Overview:
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager to help keep our clinics safe and running smoothly. This role focuses on improving patient and employee safety, identifying risks, and ensuring we meet all healthcare regulations. You’ll work closely with staff to create safer systems and reduce medical errors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

  • Five (5) years of clinical practice experience with three (3) years of progressive performance improvement experience.

  • Active RN License in any state

  • Certified Professional Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) or Healthcare Compliance (CHC), or will obtain certification in

  • Healthcare Compliance and/or Risk Management within one year of hire

  • BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review clinic processes to find risks and improve safety

  • Develop and lead safety and compliance strategies

  • Guide staff in preventing accidents and injuries

  • Oversee programs to reduce medical errors

  • Ensure we meet all healthcare rules and standards
