As a Risk Management Analyst at Prologis, you will help manage risk across a diverse global portfolio that includes logistics facilities, data centers, solar and energy infrastructure, development projects, corporate operations, and executive risk. The role supports risk decisions through insurance, loss control, analytics, and emerging-risk work. You will partner with internal teams, brokers, insurers, and risk engineers to identify exposures, strengthen risk management activities, and support the company's growth. This role offers broad exposure across corporate risk management and opportunities to improve analysis and workflow efficiency through emerging technology and automation.

This role can be based out of Denver, Dallas or San Francisco.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support global commercial insurance programs, renewals, exposure analysis, and reporting.
  • Evaluate risks across logistics facilities, data centers, construction projects, solar and energy infrastructure, and corporate operations.
  • Review insurance policies, coverage terms, limits, deductibles, certificates, and contractual insurance requirements.
  • Participate in risk engineering and property resilience initiatives, including site reviews, engineering recommendations, and risk improvement activities.
  • Analyze property, insurance, financial, and operational data to identify trends and support risk decisions.
  • Develop dashboards, presentations, and reporting for business and executive audiences.
  • Use AI and automation responsibly to improve analysis, reduce repetitive work, and increase efficiency.

  • Ability to analyze data accurately and organize work across multiple priorities.
  • Project-management skills with attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in risk management, insurance, finance, business, real estate, engineering, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with commercial property insurance, renewals, exposure data, risk engineering, or loss control.
  • Experience with industrial real estate, construction, data centers, renewable energy, or critical infrastructure.
  • Experience with dashboards, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled workflows.
  • ARM, CPCU, CRIS, or interest in pursuing a professional designation.
  • Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes.

Hiring Salary Range of: $75,000 - $110,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
