• Establish and maintain a full caseload of clients, building rapport through effective, empathetic communication while observing professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and manage discharges when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, actively involving clients in their therapeutic journey.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes to track client developments and ensure compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ needs and determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Engage in individual supervision to promote professional growth and self-reflection.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Adopt a growth mindset by continually seeking out professional development opportunities and integrating new findings into practice.

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, specifically working with individuals and families.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and communication, including programs like Excel, email (Outlook), and practice management software (e.g., PIMSY).
• Experience in conducting intake assessments and performing individual therapeutic sessions on a weekly basis.

Our compensation structure is designed to reward your hard work and dedication. The annual salary ranges between $75,000 and $90,000, depending on experience and expertise.
