• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and establish treatment goals.
• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a variety of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, ensuring evidence-based practices are employed.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions to improve communication and resolve relational conflicts, using therapeutic frameworks and interventions tailored to each family’s dynamics.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that clearly outline clients' specific therapeutic objectives and necessary interventions.
• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing urgent mental health challenges, employing techniques that stabilize and promote safety.
• Educate clients and their families about various mental health conditions, equipping them with practical coping strategies and resources for ongoing support.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements, adhering strictly to ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Participate actively in professional development opportunities and stay updated on emerging trends in mental health counseling.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant mental health discipline from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.

• Empathy, ethical integrity, and professionalism in all client interactions.

• Experience in providing therapy in both individual and group settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms for service delivery.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Our LPCs are offered a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually. We operate on a fee-for-service model, providing guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections with no waiting period for reimbursement.
