You will assume a central role in providing direct clinical services that include:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients’ mental health status, history, and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans adhering to best practices and utilizing solution-focused approaches tailored to each individual's circumstances.
• Deliver various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), in a manner that aligns with clients' goals and preferences.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and proper treatment tracking.
• Engage actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to optimize client care.
• Participate in regular training and professional development sessions aimed at integrating the latest research findings into practice.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families, providing education on mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources that may support their journey.

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide array of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, among others. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid state-issued license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
