Overview
J29 is seeking an experienced and skilled Program Manager to lead the DHA HPIS program. This Program Manager will oversee the DHA HPIS program and lead a team of Pharmacy SMEs and Data Analysts in support of the program's mission. As the primary point of contact for J29, this individual will coordinate closely with both internal teams and the client, representing J29 in all supervisor and program-related meetings.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day project operations, work planning, and resource management.
  • Ensure 99% on-time deliverable compliance across all pharmacy tasks.
  • Manage risk, quality control, and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate communications, meetings, and contractual updates with DHA.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Pharmacy SMEs and data analysts, promoting a positive and performance-focused work culture.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for program success, driving improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor contract performance metrics, track progress, and ensure program compliance with DHA standards and contractual obligations.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency planning to ensure seamless program delivery.

Experience / Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, or a related Program Manager field; Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience managing government health programs or pharmacy-related advisory contracts.
  • 3+ years of experience managing budgets, project control, subcontractor management, and client delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience/understanding of TRICARE, pharmacy benefit operations, or PBM industry practices.
  • Proven track record managing complex, analytics-driven engagements.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with federal contracting processes and experience in subcontract management.
  • Knowledge of Defense Health Agency (DHA) policies and program operations.

Salary: $100,000-120,000
