The Clinic Operations Manager directs the day-to-day administrative and clinical support operations of a large outpatient multidisciplinary oncology center, specifically managing the medical and specialty oncology service lines (excluding direct infusion clinic management). This role requires a balance of operational precision and financial navigation to coordinate seamless care pathways across multi-specialty oncology clinics.
The successful candidate:
  • Oversees operations and administrative workflows for multi-specialty and oncology clinics to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
  • Optimizes provider schedules and patient access to maximize clinic capacity and reduce wait times.
  • Leads, develops, and evaluates administrative and clinical support staff.
  • Manages clinic budgets, revenue cycle performance, and supply chain operations.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards, including QOPI, Joint Commission, and HIPAA requirements.
  • Coordinates care across physicians, laboratory services, and patient support teams to streamline the patient experience.

Qualifications
Your qualifications should include:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or
    nursing required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Master's degree (MHA, MBA, or MSN) strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership, operational, and team management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Applicable certifications and licensure required as appropriate for the role.
