Job description

Regional Director of Clinical Operations Job Summary:

AdviniaCare is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Regional Director of Clinical Operations to join our team. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of multiple facilities in Rhode Island, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents and patients. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight and mentoring to facility Directors of Nursing
  • Conduct routine clinical audits and ensure survey preparedness
  • Travel between facilities in Rhode Island
  • Manage daily tasks, prioritize patient flow, and ensure smooth admissions and discharges
  • Troubleshoot care issues, manage difficult family situations, and implement new policies
  • Provide in-service education as needed
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement policies and procedures
Expectations:
  • Flexibility within job assignments and willingness to perform director care to patients
  • Administrative coverage as needed, including Director of Nursing coverage if vacancy
  • Education of staff regarding policies and procedures as needed
  • Working knowledge of Point Click Care and ability to bend, ambulate, and lift
Qualifications:
  • Active RN license in good standing in the state of Rhode Island
  • Associates or Bachelors degree accepted
  • CPR/BLS Certified
  • Minimum of 3 years in skilled nursing management/long term care
  • Current experience and working knowledge of Point Click Care
  • Knowledge of infection control practices

Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 annually
