Regional Director of Operations

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations with a strong background in behavioral health, psychiatric care, and multi-site skilled nursing facility (SNF) operations. This role is responsible for overseeing operational performance, regulatory compliance, staffing effectiveness, and quality outcomes across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regional leadership and operational oversight across multiple SNF locations

  • Support and drive performance improvement in behavioral health and psychiatric service lines

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and CMS regulations

  • Partner with facility Administrators, DONs, and clinical leadership to improve quality metrics

  • Monitor staffing, agency usage, and budget performance across sites

  • Assist with crisis management and high-acuity behavioral health situations

  • Standardize policies, procedures, and best practices across the region

  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong background in psychiatric or behavioral health settings (hospital or inpatient psych preferred)

  • Multi-site SNF or healthcare operations leadership experience

  • Experience managing clinical operations in high-acuity environments
