Position Overview

The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Clinical Nutrition Manager to oversee all aspects of clinical nutrition services within our skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring residents receive high-quality, personalized nutrition care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Clinical Nutrition Manager Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the clinical nutrition program for all residents
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Monitor residents’ nutritional status and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state (Florida), and local regulations, including AHCA and CMS guidelines
  • Supervise dietary staff and provide training and education as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Participate in care plan meetings and quality assurance initiatives
