• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each patient's unique psychological profile and needs, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized assessments.
• Develop, implement, and continually evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Facilitate both individual and group psychotherapy sessions, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to effectively address a variety of mental health issues.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies as required, ensuring patient safety and providing immediate support during challenging situations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records that reflect progress and changes in treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate care collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Participate actively in staff meetings and clinical supervision to share insights, receive guidance, and contribute to the ongoing development of best practices.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the mental health field to enhance clinical skills and apply innovative techniques to treatment processes.

You will be working with an array of patients from various cultural backgrounds and demographics, each facing different mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, and chronic illness. Your compassionate approach will be vital in creating a safe and welcoming space for patients to discuss their experiences and begin their healing journeys.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• A current and valid license to practice clinical social work within the state of Florida.
• Proven experience in providing psychotherapy, particularly to individuals with diverse mental health presentations.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and colleagues alike.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and telehealth technology to facilitate patient care and documentation.

• Two or more years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly with outpatient mental health services.
• Specialized training or certification in therapeutic techniques relevant to the patient population served.
• A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practices in clinical work.

The salary range for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
