Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship conflicts.
  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and craft tailored treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs, helping them set and achieve meaningful goals.
  • Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in managing electronic health records (EHR) through our secure systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development to remain abreast of the latest trends and practices in mental health counseling.
  • Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments, utilizing your expertise and training to support clients in acute distress.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirement is two years of counseling experience, preference will be given to candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, specialty therapy modalities (such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR), and those with a diverse skill set that can enhance client outcomes.
