Chemical Lab Assistant – Tomball TX
AS/BS degree in Chemistry or related field required
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay rate: $17 per hour

Kelly Science and Clinical is currently seeking candidates for a Chemical Lab Assistant position at the Research and Development facility of a specialty chemical company in Tomball, TX. As a Lab Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting laboratory operations by managing the sample lifecycle and contributing to the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.
Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, logging, and labeling incoming samples
  • Distributing samples to the appropriate labs for analysis
  • Preparing samples for laboratory analysis
  • Ensuring proper storage and disposal of samples
  • Maintaining compliance with laboratory quality and safety procedures

Qualifications:
  • Associates degree in Chemistry or an applicable field of science
  • BS degree in Chemistry or related discipline is preferred
  • Academic or industry lab experience performing chemistry related testing
  • Attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good computer and communication skills
This is a 6 month contract assignment with the potential to be extended based on customer needs. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, and the pay rate is $17 per hour. If you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume for immediate consideration. #P1
