With 30+ locations across Texas, our multidisciplinary model delivers truly individualized, whole-person care.
We are seeking a Care Navigator / Clinical Intake Sales Specialist (Spanish Speaking) to join our onsite intake team in McKinney, TX.
As a Care Navigator at Next STEPS Worldwide, you will guide infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients toward the right care through a consultative, sales-driven intake process.
You will play a vital role in ensuring all clients receive compassionate, high-quality care. Your voice will help families and individuals feel understood, supported, and confident as they take their first step toward healing.
This is not a traditional call center role.
This is a relationship-based, consultative, sales-driven phone position where you guide clients to the right care at the right time.
