Job description

Job Summary: 
The EHR Clinical Informatics Manager develops, implements, supports, and maintains PointClickCare (PCC) and clinical information systems that support patient care and business processes across Client post-acute services. The incumbent serves as a subject matter expert and liaison among clinical operations, leadership, IT, and vendor partners to optimize system functionality, standardize content, coordinate implementations and upgrades, support training and adoption, troubleshoot issues, and advance workflow improvement, reporting, 
data validation, and regulatory compliance. The EHR Clinical Informatics Manager provides end-user support and participates in on-call coverage as scheduled. 

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of healthcare environment experience & PointClickCare (PCC) system administration required, with clinical experience preferred, 
and 5+ years of experience with clinical information systems, EHRs, and software implementations. 
Strong project management, facilitation, workflow analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with executives, physicians, pharmacists, vendors, clinicians, and IT personnel. 
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools, and vendor support resources. 

Licenses/Certifications:
Registered Nurse license (active and unencumbered) preferred/required based on organizational standards; PointClickCare (PCC) or other applicable 
Clinical system proficiency or certification preferred. 

Educational Details:
Bachelor''s degree from an accredited university or college in Nursing.
