Options Treatment Programs is a dynamic and innovative agency geared at providing empirically validated programming.  We believe in finding solutions for each person’s circumstances and needs. 

Our agency is looking for a solution focused, open-minded and driven clinical professional to join our team in providing an integrated approach by partnering with our clients, their families and community partners. Services are provided in a hybrid approach (in-person and via telehealth) from the clinical office. 

Options Treatment Programs, Inc. is an Outpatient Integrated Behavioral Health Agency.

Opportunities for this position include:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals in an outpatient setting for mental health and/or substance use.
  • Services are provided through individual, family and group settings.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and define long term and short-term goals as outlined by DHS 75.50.
  • Facilitate curriculum-based groups such as Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Substance Abuse (CBI-SA), Free Your Mind (FYM) and Advanced Practice (AP).
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of services provided.
  • Complete discharges which reflect the individuals progress and ongoing recommendations for their continued success.
  • Work within multidisciplinary team alongside community partners.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a variety of individuals.

Qualified candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Licensed in the State of Wisconsin to provide mental health services (LPC or LCSW preferred, will consider training license).
  • Holding a Wisconsin license as a Substance Abuse Counselor is beneficial but not required (CSAC or SAC preferred; candidates with a training license will be considered) provided the candidate demonstrates a strong passion for working in a dual program.
  • Possess excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a cohesive team in a faced paced environment.
  • Work from a function of behavior model and match treatment interventions to facilitate the change process.
  • Previous experience working with correctional clients preferred.
