Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Educator, Operating Room

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Clinical Educator (Operating Room) to lead staff development, drive competency, and enhance patient outcomes across perioperative services.

What You’ll Do

  • Assess, develop, and manage clinical competencies for OR nursing and support staff
  • Design and deliver education programs aligned with best practices and organizational goals
  • Serve as a clinical expert and resource for perioperative staff
  • Support orientation, onboarding, and ongoing development of new hires and nurse residents
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate staff performance and learning needs
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and incorporate data into education strategies
  • Promote adherence to clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Support patient care delivery through education, coaching, and mentorship
