• Utilize our efficient billing service for managing claims, client accounts, and insurance processes, allowing you to focus on what matters most—client care.
• Provide evidence-based individual and couples therapy services to clients of various age groups, ensuring personalized care plans that address their unique concerns.
• Complete thorough documentation and notes for all client interactions in a timely manner, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Manage your schedule by coordinating ongoing appointments and maintaining an updated calendar, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.
• Work with a diverse array of clinical presentations, enhancing your adaptability and clinical skills.

Your role will encompass providing therapeutic support to clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. The varied clinical presentations you will encounter will enrich your practice and expose you to different therapeutic methodologies.

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, with a valid LCSW license to practice independently.
• Strong professionalism and the ability to maintain effective therapeutic boundaries with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a self-motivated approach to workload management.
• Cultural competency and the desire to continually improve therapeutic skills through ongoing education and training.
• Availability for full-time work, encompassing a minimum of 20-25 hours weekly, including at least two evenings each week.

• Experience in couples therapy is highly valued, bringing additional therapeutic frameworks to the practice.
• A track record of working effectively within diverse teams or multi-disciplinary settings can enhance the collaborative nature of this role.
