Bilingual Clinical Research Coordinator (English/Spanish)

Dalton, GA (Onsite) | Relocation Assistance Available

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join a growing clinical research team in Dalton, GA.

This onsite role supports clinical trials from study start-up through closeout, ensuring protocol compliance, quality data collection, and an exceptional participant

experience.

Responsibilities

  • Screen, consent, enroll, and manage study participants throughout clinical trials
  • Conduct study visits and procedures, including phlebotomy, vital signs, ECGs, and sample processing
  • Document and report AEs/SAEs, review labs, and support investigator oversight
  • Maintain accurate source documentation and resolve EDC queries
  • Manage investigational product accountability and study supplies
  • Support patient recruitment initiatives and community outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and internal teams
  • Ensure adherence to study protocols, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience
  • Phlebotomy experience
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA, and ICH guidelines
  • Experience with EDC systems, clinical databases, and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 10%
