As a Senior Associate in Data + AI Advisory team, the AI and Data Strategy Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Executing solution delivery engagements through definition of AI and Data strategy and vision statements, identifying use cases, setting future state capabilities and associated implementation efforts
  • Collaborating and working effectively with consultants in other regions and practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or graduate degree with an emphasis in Math, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business and 2-5 years of related work experience degree.
  • Proven experience building AI and/or Data strategies along with implementation recommendations
  • Concept-based understanding of two or more of the following: data governance concepts, some form of data infrastructure (platforms, repositories, reporting systems, pipelines), analytic techniques, machine learning or AI concepts
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Must be a team player; able to work in virtual teams and independently.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, and ability to speak about technology in the language of business; ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a curiosity about business and technology.
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a consulting environment
  • Proficiency in defining data & AI operating models
  • Prior experience building data, analytic, data science, or AI solutions
  • Working knowledge of data architecture
  • Relevant training or certifications, such as: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-901), Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900), AWS Certified AI Practitioner (AIF-C01), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C02), Generative AI Leader (Foundational), Databricks Generative AI Fundamentals

Compensation Range

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. Compensation Range: $88,900 - $168,300 Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
