This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients through digital platforms. • Serve as a primary clinician for assigned clients, conducting assessments, individual and group therapy, and crisis interventions as needed.
• Establish trust and rapport with clients by demonstrating empathy and respect for their diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Deliver comprehensive care by developing integrated care plans that facilitate access to linked services, including evidence-based treatments.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative treatment planning, ensuring that all team members are aligned on client progress and goals.
• Conduct thorough screenings, ensuring that interventions are aligned with developmentally appropriate practices.
• Monitor clients’ ongoing treatment plans while ensuring timely completion of reports, data submissions, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Provide on-call coverage as designated, demonstrating strong crisis management skills when issues arise.
• Actively participate in quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and agency practices.

The primary focus of your role will be individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for serious substance use disorders and related mental health challenges. You will work with clients who are facing acute mental health symptoms, requiring immediate intervention and ongoing therapeutic support. An understanding of the unique challenges faced by this population is crucial for effectively providing care that promotes recovery and empowerment.

• A Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution, along with a current LCSW license.
• Expert knowledge of mental health assessment and treatment modalities, as well as risk assessment and crisis intervention techniques.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex clinical information clearly and compassionately.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a keen attention to detail in managing multiple cases.
• Competence in working with clients from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating respect for various cultural traditions and personal experiences.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical practice and adhering to organizational policies and guidelines.

• Experience working in a detox center or with clients recovering from substance use disorders is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and community resource navigation.
• Previous experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficient record-keeping and data management.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
