Description:

RIVANNA is transforming ultrasound-guided neuraxial procedures through Accuro 3S, an AI-enabled image guidance platform designed to improve procedural confidence, efficiency, and patient care. As the company's first Senior Manager of Clinical Enablement, you will build and execute the clinical adoption strategy for Accuro 3S during its Limited Market Release and early commercialization.


This is a highly visible role responsible for ensuring hospitals successfully implement Accuro 3S into clinical practice. You will personally conduct on-site clinical training, develop standardized education programs, support customer adoption, and establish scalable clinical enablement processes that will become the foundation of RIVANNA's commercial organization.


This role requires a unique combination of clinical credibility, teaching ability, operational thinking, and entrepreneurial execution.


Responsibilities


Enterprise Clinical Enablement Ownership

• Define and lead RIVANNA's clinical enablement strategy for Accuro 3S during Limited Market Release and early commercialization.

• Establish standardized clinical training frameworks that promote:

• Safe and effective use of Accuro 3S

• Consistent adoption across customer sites

• Successful integration into existing clinical workflows

• Develop repeatable implementation processes that create a consistent customer onboarding experience.

• Ensure clinical education, adoption, and customer success strategies align with commercial objectives.


Clinical Training & Adoption Program

• Personally lead clinical onboarding and training for early commercial customer sites.

• Design, implement, and continuously improve RIVANNA's clinical education program from the ground up.

• Develop standardized education materials including instructor guides, competency assessments, workflow tools, and clinical best practices.

• Observe clinical procedures and workflows to identify opportunities that improve user confidence and adoption.

• Capture structured customer feedback to continuously refine training content and implementation processes.

• Establish measurable adoption milestones and implementation success criteria for new customer sites.




Clinical Account & Commercial Team Enablement

• Partner closely with Marketing and Product Management to ensure a seamless customer implementation experience.

• Establish standardized post-sale clinical implementation workflows that can be replicated across future customer sites.

• Serve as the clinical escalation resource for complex adoption or workflow challenges.

• Provide field coaching and clinical guidance during customer evaluations, launches, and early adoption.

• As the commercial organization grows, develop and lead a scalable train-the-trainer program for Clinical Account Managers.

• Ensure consistent execution of clinical onboarding and education across all customer accounts.


Clinical Strategy, Product Insights & Market Differentiation

• Translate customer observations into actionable recommendations that improve product usability, training, and customer success.

• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to provide structured Voice of Customer feedback that informs future software and product development.

• Support Marketing with clinically accurate education materials, customer success stories, and evidence-based messaging.

• Assist Commercial leadership in developing clinical value propositions that demonstrate workflow, efficiency, and patient care benefits.

• Contribute to the development of customer reference sites and clinical advocates that support future commercial expansion.


Thought Leadership & External Engagement

• Develop trusted relationships with physicians, CRNAs, nurse educators, anesthesia departments, and key opinion leaders.

• Represent RIVANNA at customer meetings, clinical workshops, conferences, and advisory boards.

• Support the generation and dissemination of clinical best practices for ultrasound-guided neuraxial procedures.

• Help establish RIVANNA as a recognized leader in procedural ultrasound education and clinical innovation.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Clinical Education, or related field.

• Active clinical credentials (RN, CRNA, PA, NP, or other relevant healthcare professional) strongly preferred.

• 5–10 years of experience in clinical education, clinical applications, or customer training within medical devices.

• Experience providing on-site training in hospitals or procedural environments.

• Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows.

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

• Ability to build credibility with physicians and executive healthcare leaders.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
