Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Speciality Clinic RN, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence.
Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health.   • Assess patient, collect appropriate data, and perform testing to prepare patient for physician visit.
  • Maintain patient flow through the clinic.
  • Forward test results and documentation to physician for review; execute orders as received. Notify patient of test results and ensure appropriate follow up per protocol.
  • Timely response of all patient care inquiries.
  • Complete patient refills as requested by both patient and pharmacy, ensuring appropriate labs are ordered per protocol.
  • Patient and family/caregiver education.
