NNMC Clinic Manager

Mt. Grant General Hospital is accepting applications for the full-time position of Clinic Manager at Northern Nye Medical Center, a sub-clinic of Mt. Grant General Hospital. The Clinic Manager is responsible for scheduling, training, and oversite of Medical Assistants and Receptionists, responsible for clinic operations including inventory, ordering, quality assurance, operations involving laboratory, respiratory, radiology and other diagnostic operations. The clinic manager will be required to fill in and cover for clerical responsibilities as needed. The clinic manager will participate in community outreach and networking with key stakeholders located around the clinic area and within the county. Applicant must have the ability to multitask, work well under stressful situations, possess computer skills, and work well with the public and other staff members, as well as be organized, detail oriented, dependable, and responsible. Travel is required for the position for orientation and future meetings.

  • High School Diploma or its equivalency AND
  • Two years of experience in clerical/office support work AND/OR
  • Education at the level to be proficient, keyboarding, computers, business softwares, or office practices, electronic medical records software, and artificial intelligence tools AND
  • Proficiency in PC computers and applicable spreadsheet software AND
  • Proven experience in supervision of others and applicable training and tracking methods AND
  • Knowledge of quality indicators and performance metrics for continuous improvement AND
  • Per NRS 449 and NRS 200, successful applicant(s) must pass required state and federal background checks.
  • Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred.
  • Prior experience in supervising is required

Pay: $66,560 - $79,040/Annually
