Full-Time | In-Person | ABA Therapy

Behavioral & Educational Solutions (BES) is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a clinic-based ABA role in Silver Spring, Maryland. This position is ideal for a BCBA seeking consistent clinic hours, manageable caseloads, strong supervision support, and high-quality ABA programming.

ABA BCBA Position Overview

The BCBA will provide ABA therapy supervision, behavior assessments (FBAs), treatment planning, and RBT supervision in a structured clinic setting. This role emphasizes clinical quality, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Key BCBA Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill-based assessments

  • Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Provide BCBA supervision to RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity
