The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Tree Climber to join our production team. This role is responsible for performing tree pruning and removals using climbing and rigging techniques while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
This is a physically demanding and safety-critical position. The right candidate is confident working at height, understands proper rigging, and takes pride in executing clean, controlled work.
What You’ll Do
  •  Perform tree pruning and removals using climbing systems (rope & saddle) 
  •  Set up and execute rigging systems for safe and controlled lowering 
  •  Work closely with ground crew to complete jobs efficiently 
  •  Inspect trees, plan cuts, and execute work safely 
  •  Maintain awareness of drop zones and job site safety 
  •  Follow company safety standards and industry best practices 
  •  Support crew operations as needed on the ground 
What We’re Looking For
  • Prior tree climbing experience required; must be able to demonstrate climbing and rigging skills
  •  Strong knowledge of climbing, rigging, and safe work practices 
  •  Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions 
  •  Team-oriented with clear communication skills 
  •  Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred; ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking crews required
