Position Title: Die Cut Operator
Location: Simpsonville, KY

The Die Cut Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining die cutting machines used to cut paperboard sheets into specified shapes and sizes for packaging products. This role ensures high-quality output, minimal waste, and efficient production runs according to job specifications and production schedules.
As a Die Cut Operator, you will work independently and keep product moving through state-of-the-art machinery. Business is steadily growing as product is run for the pharmaceutical, bourbon, cigar, and auto parts markets.
Pay is based on experience. You will receive pay increases as skills increase. Current hours are Monday - Friday on 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am). Training may be done on day shift (5am-1pm) but switch to an off-shift once trained. Overtime may be required.
Benefits
Paid holidays plus benefits after 90 days, which may include a PPO medical plan, dental, 401(k), medical reimbursement fund, eyeglasses reimbursement, attendance incentives, short-term disability, and life insurance.
Key Job Responsibilities
