Now Hiring: Installer Support Specialist
We're looking for a Installer Support Specialist who loves helping people solve problems and walking away knowing they made someone's day easier. In this role, you'll be the trusted, dependable voice our solar installers rely on-supporting them across the OneEthos loan platform and Bodhi customer experience software. You will onboard and train new installers, monitor installer health, and proactively step in to resolve issues before they escalate. Above all, you'll create a warm, human-centered support experience that reflects our commitment to ethical, transparent solar financing.
What You'll Contribute:
Installer Support & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for solar installers, delivering empathetic, responsive support across OneEthos and Bodhi platforms
  • Build trusted relationships through consistent, human-centered interactions
  • Ensure installers feel heard, supported, and confident in every engagement

Installer Onboarding & Training
  • Welcome and onboard new installers into the network
  • Train sales representatives, owners, and admins on systems and operational processes
  • Enable installers to confidently navigate tools and workflows from day one

Operational Support & Issue Resolution
  • Assist installers with loan applications to ensure a seamless pipeline from submission to completion
  • Take full ownership of installer issues and follow through to resolution
  • Maintain clear communication and accountability throughout the support lifecycle

Installer Health Monitoring & Proactive Support
  • Monitor installer engagement and performance signals to identify risks
  • Proactively reach out to address concerns before escalation
  • Support long-term installer success and retention through early intervention

Continuous Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Develop deep knowledge of OneEthos and Bodhi products
  • Share installer insights and feedback to inform product improvements and innovation
  • Identify referral opportunities and collaborate across teams within the organization

The Work Environment:
  • Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours.
  • Occasional U.S. travel for company events or leadership sessions.
