Job description

Anesthesiologist Opportunity – Full-Time

Flowers Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our high-performing, collaborative perioperative team.

This full-time role includes a unique and predictable weekly schedule of 1 in-house 24-hour shift and three 8-hour shifts, totaling 48 hours per week.

Position Highlights:

Location:  Flowers Hospital Dothan, AL (Near Gulf Coast)
Compensation Package:  W-2  $550,000 annually (based on 48 hours/week)
 1099 Rate: $335/hour or $675,360 annually 
Schedule: 1 in-house 24-hour shift + 3 8-hour shifts
Cases: Cardiac/Vascular, Ortho, General, OB/GYN, Spine, Urology, Plastic, ENT
Model: CRNA Medical Direction Model
 Malpractice Insurance: Covered, 1 mil/3 mil policy
Vacation Time:  10 weeks

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified
  • Must be qualified for an Alabama medical license
