The Warehouse Supervisor leads daily warehouse operations in a non-climate-controlled environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and productive receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping activities while leading and developing warehouse associates.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise warehouse associates.
  • Assign work, monitor productivity, and coach employees.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
  • Conduct daily start-up meetings and communicate priorities.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment.
  • Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and warehouse management systems.
  • Train new employees and support ongoing development.
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed.
  • Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience.
  • Previous experience leading a warehouse team.
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office and WMS.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
