Job description

Private Client Support Specialist

Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values
  • Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates
  • Supports service teams by assisting with tasks required to service customers
  • Assists with renewal process including preparation of pre-renewal and annual comparison summaries
  • Prepares and issues renewals and on-demand certificates of insurance
  • Processes policies, endorsements, and audits
  • Processes daily electronic policy and document download
  • Pulls daily notifications from carrier websites
  • Prepares paper documents to be scanned and files attachments within agency management system
  • Issues auto ID cards
  • Actively supports team by participating in miscellaneous projects

Required experience and skills include but are not limited to:

  • Strong reasoning skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Commitment to work through projects to completion
  • Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Offices products and other programs
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
