What we need...
COCC is currently seeking a Client Partner to serve as a liaison between COCC and its clients. The Client Partner will be the primary contact for the client on all strategic initiatives, new products and services, development requests, project guidance, and escalation of issues. The ideal candidate will provide value to COCC by ensuring the client's needs are being met. This person will also be tasked with communicating the client's voice appropriately, understanding their strategic goals, driving and facilitating interaction between the client and COCC management and departments, and expanding the client relationship with COCC.

What you'll do...
  • Prepare, attend, and follow up on client meetings
  • Discuss Financial Institution/COCC direction, industry trends, strategy and client relationship
  • Discuss COCC's current/prospective product offerings that apply to the Financial Institution
  • Responsible for the overall relationship/management of the client; provide client support on an ongoing basis
  • Provide point of escalation for issues and work with internal departments and management for resolution
  • Provide system support as appropriate utilizing system knowledge gained through training
  • Provide Management updates to Financial Institution and COCC
  • Provide Project Management and oversight of projects to clients as requested
  • Attend and participate in Committee meetings, COCC User Meetings, etc.

What you'll bring...
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
  • Ten or more years' experience in the banking/financial services industry
  • Strategic and functional knowledge of all COCC products and services
  • Dynamic personality
  • A self-starter that can work at a very fast pace
  • True Professional with strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Must be abreast on industry trends and understand the regulatory environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Travel 40% to 50% of the time
  • Local candidates are preferred for this role

The salary range for this position is $84,000-95,000/annually
