As a Client Representative for Hoffman Landscapes, you have approximately 65 clients that you are responsible for. Your focus is to create and maintain a strong relationship with each client, including engaging with clients on ideas for property enhancements on a regular basis. You will monitor the work we do for our clients to make sure it is complete, and that the quality is second to none. Your attention to detail, constant communication, and especially your thoughtfulness is the difference between good customer service and true hospitality. Hoffman clients hire us for our expertise. They expect us to use all our industry talent and knowledge, not just to keep the property clean (maintenance), but to make their property more beautiful every year (enhancement).

Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing any concerns, inquiries, or requests.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Conduct regular meetings and site visits to ensure clients' needs and expectations are being met.

Quality Management:
Assist internal teams (production manager, designers, field staff, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Perform Landscape Quality Audits regularly and submit feedback to the Production Manager and Branch Director.

Proactively address any service issues and escalate them as necessary.

Oversee the successful execution of work orders, ensuring client expectations are met

Continuously strive to improve the client experience, offering innovative solutions and personalized service.

Proactive Sales:
Consistently identify opportunities to enhance the beauty of assigned clients' properties.

Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals for assigned clients.

Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities for additional landscaping services.

Reporting and Administration:
Meet weekly to discuss quality assessments with the Production Manager and Branch Director.

Meet weekly to discuss proposals generated and opportunities for design assistance.

Assist in matters related to Billings or Collections, when necessary

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business, horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in landscaping or a related field. Proven experience in account management, preferably in landscaping, or related industries.

Strong understanding of landscaping services, landscape design, products, and industry trends. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Aspire or similar landscape business management software is a plus.

In-depth knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including mowing, clean ups, lawn care, lawn renovation, tree and shrub care, plant bed and garden maintenance, plant identification, container gardening, and irrigation systems.

Must be able to work outdoors as needed in various weather conditions

Relevant certifications such as Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) or Certified Landscape Technician (CLT) are a plus.
