Job description

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Nurse Manager for our Springfield, MO Habilitation office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout Springfield area.

As a Clinical Manager your day may look like this!

  • Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
  • Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
  • Supervise the habilitation tech staff in the field.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation.
  • Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
  • Collaborate with the client, family, Case Managers, Hab Techs and other teams to implement and evaluate client care needs and individual goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan
  • Make regular client visits, as per policy, to evaluate client progress and to monitor that client services are implemented according to the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan and the service definitions
  • Evaluate the progress of goals identified in the Person Centered/Individual Support Plan
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Case Managers/Care Coordinators
  • Carry out supervision of Habilitation Technicians according to policy and procedure and as mandated by state regulation

    • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
    • 2+ years of experience working with the IDD Population (Qualified Professional)
    • Supervisory experience preferred but not required
