Position Summary

The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable system performance, and providing exceptional technical support to end users. This role will also play a key part in ongoing technology initiatives, including the deployment of a new CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware
  • Administer Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and end-user software applications
  • Monitor and maintain network connectivity, system performance, and overall infrastructure health
  • Provide Tier II/III technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system security
  • Support and enhance help desk operations to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Assist with the implementation and ongoing administration of the organization's new CRM platform
  • Document system configurations, processes, and technical procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for technology improvements
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of System Administration or related IT infrastructure experience
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments
  • Knowledge of networking, virtualization technologies, Active Directory, and server administration
