Use Your Professional Skills to Make a Meaningful, High-Impact Difference

About Life Managers & Associates

Life Managers & Associates supports older adults by managing the financial, administrative, and day-to-day responsibilities that allow them to live independently with confidence.

Our clients and their families trust us with highly personal and important aspects of their lives. We bring structure, clarity, and peace of mind in situations that are often complex and sensitive.

Our work is delivered through a team-based model, where each client is supported by a dedicated group of professionals working in partnership with the client, not in place of them. We meet clients where they are, helping them stay engaged in their affairs while providing the oversight and support needed to reduce risk, prevent errors, and protect against fraud.

About the Role

This is not a traditional administrative position.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families while working as part of a collaborative service team.

You will build a working relationship directly with clients, supporting them in managing their financial and administrative responsibilities while ensuring nothing is overlooked. Rather than taking over, you will guide, support, and partner with clients, helping them maintain independence while adding structure, oversight, and protection.

You will lead the client relationship and coordinate the work of a dedicated support team. Success in this role depends on your ability to collaborate internally while engaging clients externally, ensuring that each client benefits from personal attention and team-based support.

  • Manage bill payments, records, schedules, and ongoing administrative needs
  • Handle confidential financial and personal information with the highest level of discretion
  • Track and manage multiple client priorities simultaneously, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Ensure consistency and continuity by keeping team members aligned on client priorities and updates
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation using tools such as Outlook, Excel, Planner and Quicken
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and external professionals

  • Professionals who can balance empathy with structure and accountability
  • Those who enjoy working as part of a team while maintaining responsibility for outcomes

This Role Is NOT For

  • Entry-level candidates
  • Individuals seeking a purely desk-based or routine administrative position
  • Those uncomfortable working independently in client environments
  • Candidates who prefer highly structured, task-assigned roles with constant direction

Ideal Backgrounds Include

  • Client service roles in financial services, estate law, or professional services
  • Care coordination, case management, or senior services
  • Project management or operations roles requiring strong attention to detail
  • Roles involving financial organization, bill management, or sensitive documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Quicken experience is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (daily local travel required)
  • Ability to pass a background check and provide three professional references

Why Join Life Managers & Associates

  • Make a tangible, meaningful difference in the lives of older adults and their families
  • Work in a role built on trust, relationships, and real responsibility
  • Enjoy a balance of independence and team support

To Apply

Please include a brief paragraph explaining:
