Description
We're looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Delivery Coordinator & Customer Service Representative to help ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries efficiently.
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal staff.
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
  • Track deliveries and resolve scheduling issues.
  • Process orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Assist with delivery , tracking of online orders .
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service, dispatch, or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation
  • $25.00-$28.00/hour
