As an Administrative Associateย you willย be responsible forย contributing to the overall success ofย one or more Wealth Advisorsย by ensuringย a high levelย of client service achieved by effectiveย administration and day-to-day tradingย of their business.ย ย 

IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOUย 

In the role you will:ย 

  • Ensure effectiveย client administration byย managingย all administrative processes and escalations requiring investigationย 

  • Consistentlyย demonstrateย high levelsย of client serviceย to deepenย relationships;ย 

  • by supporting the advisor in regular reviews of portfolios including entering client trades as directed by the client or Advisor andย identifyingย client needsย 

  • byย responding to client inquiries, resolvingย issuesย and effecting client transactionsย inย a timelyย and responsive mannerย 

  • Provide marketingย assistanceย by coordinating materials,ย eventsย and seminars to increase/identify opportunities to increase assets and/or revenueย 

  • Support the growth of the business byย managingย tracking reports for Wealth Advisor to review targets, recommendations, and financial plans/conceptsย ย ย 

  • Build effective working relationships across various departmental and business line contactsย by actively collaborating and sharing knowledge and experienceย 

DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLSย 

We would love to work with you if you have:ย 

  • Experience in the securities industryย 

  • Approval as anย Investmentย Representative (IR) withย the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO)ย 

  • Excellent verbalย andย writtenย communicationย 

  • Strong organizationalย skillsย ย 

  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and meet deadlinesย 

  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skillsย 

  • Exceptional client service skills, providingย aย professionalย and respectfulย experienceย
