Job description

We are seeking a data-driven Client Success Strategist to join our Operations team in New York. You will be responsible for analyzing client health, optimizing the customer journey, and ensuring our operations scale alongside our client base.

Your Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Develop and refine operational playbooks for the Client Success team.
  • Partner with the Product team to advocate for features that drive client satisfaction.
  • Lead high-level strategic reviews with key accounts to ensure long-term alignment.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Background in Operations, Customer Success, or Strategy Consulting.
  • Analytical prowessโ€”comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
  • Based in or willing to work from our New York office.
