Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Partner โ€“ Healthcare Provider to drive business growth and strategic client relationships within the Healthcare Provider industry.

The ideal candidate will be a strong hunter and consultative sales leader with a proven track record of acquiring new healthcare provider accounts, expanding existing relationships, and selling digital transformation, data engineering, cloud, application modernization, and technology consulting services.

This individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior healthcare executives and work closely with delivery, technology, and solution teams to identify business challenges and develop innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and new-logo acquisition across healthcare provider organizations.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level and senior executives, including CIO, CTO, CDO, COO, and other healthcare technology/business

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B technology services / IT consulting sales.
  • Strong experience selling to the Healthcare Provider sector.
  • Proven hunter/new-logo acquisition experience.
  • Demonstrated success in selling large, complex technology or consulting engagements.
  • Experience working with health systems, hospitals, physician groups, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), or other healthcare provider organizations.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and delivery teams.
  • Willingness to travel extensively based on client requirements.
