Position Summary

The Supplemental Benefits and Directed Spend team at CVS Health is one of the fastest growing business units in the enterprise, uniquely situated at the center of our retail and healthcare businesses including over-the-counter (OTC) Benefits, Rewards, Targeted Kits, HSA/FSA, and SNAP/EBT. We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Client Success team in an essential role as CVS expands its offerings in the benefits space.

Client Success is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to our health plan partners within Supplemental Benefits and Directed Spend through strategic account management, plan and expense reporting, and championing in-store experience initiatives. The team leads the relationship with health plans to offer and manage supplemental benefits for members to spend on qualified purchases.

As a Senior Manager on the Client Success team, you will manage relationships with key clients, ensuring their business needs are met and programs run effectively. You will help shape strategic account opportunities and identify areas for growth. You will also lead our strategy and operations regarding our Business-to-Business (B2B), Value-Added Benefits (VAB), and Targeted Kits programs

What You Will Do

  • Meet with clients regularly to review business status, open issues, and opportunities, including monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the client to champion enhancements and program needs that improve the experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Inventory, Implementation, Finance, and Operations to support client and program needs.
  • Review and negotiate plan/program contracts for new and existing clients.
  • Set the strategic direction for Business-to-Business (B2B), Value-Added Benefits (VAB), and Targeted Kits programs, while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Navigate a dynamic, entrepreneurial team in an evolving space while balancing communication, stakeholder management, and timelines.


Required Qualifications

  • 5-8 years' of experience working on cross-functional teams or in a client facing relationship centric role
  • Demonstrated ability to own initiatives end-to-end and drive measurable business outcomes
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Strong communication skills with ability to synthesize and present insights
  • Ability to travel on a limited basis (10-15%)


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-8 years' experience consulting, project management, HealthTech, corporate healthcare, or provider/payor functions.
  • Advanced degree


Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $199,144.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
