Position Overview

As our first Manager of Client Success, you will be the primary day-to-day contact for our employer clients and their broker and consultant partners. You will join our team, responsible for accounts aasigned to you, where you will own the ongoing success, retention, and growth of our employer clients and their broker and consultant partners. This role is focused on ensuring clients achieve measurable value from RxSaveCard and continue to expand their engagement over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of employer clients and be accountable for retention and growth outcomes.
  • Lead client implementations to drive high adoption rates among employers and their employees.
  • Conduct an orderly launch process to ensure long-term success for the client and RxSaveCard.
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews for employer clients and their broker and consultant partners.
  • Turn client reporting data into clear insights and recommendations that demonstrate value and drive decision-making and account growth.
  • Consult with clients on best practices to optimize RxSaveCard's service.
  • Provide timely responses (at a minimum, same day) to resolve day-to-day issues and answer questions for clients, brokers, and consultants.
  • Work with other team members on various aspects of marketing, product, and technology to improve employer and member experience.
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned to client goals and organizational priorities.
  • Identify risks early and proactively take action to address them.
  • Drive retention and expansion through proactive engagement and value demonstration.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer-facing account management experience, including a track record of responsibility for expanding accounts (measured in revenue, utilization, retention, etc)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to coordinate the employer launch process
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to build trust and respect with employer clients
  • Technical proficiency to be self-sufficient: pc/mac, browser, MS-Office, etc.
  • Analytical skills to understand data and develop reporting using Excel and other tools
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally and collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams
  • Strong desire to grow with the company and accept advancement opportunities, especially the ability to mentor and lead teams

Role Focus

  • This role is focused on client relationship ownership, retention, and growth. Implementation execution, data operations, and reporting generation are supported by other roles to enable Client Success Managers to remain focused on strategy and outcomes.
