Summary

The Office Coordinator role increases the efficiency of the office, works to support the delivery and quality of all product offerings, while ensuring that our client’s experience is flawless through direct customer service. This role also includes supporting the sales team to ensure that it has all the tools to maximize sales.

Many times, this position will serve as the glue that keeps all pieces working together as BCH continues to rank best-in-class among our competition in the financial wellness, Fintech, industry. In addition, this opportunity requires that the applicant has very strong organizational skills, is super-efficient and innovative (always looking for opportunities for improvement processes). That said, the ability to multitask in a growing environment is a must.

In the end, notwithstanding these requirements, the ideal candidate must be someone who is passionate about enhancing the lives of others through financial education and wellness. At BCH, our success is indeed all about the numbers, but not just numbers in terms of sales; our #1 measurement of success is the number of families and lives that we are able to impact. With that, in addition, the candidate will serve as a financial wellness vessel and champion for the Destination: Financial Wellness (DFW) participants as well as an ambassador for BCH’s mission to build wealth in all communities for generations.
