Job description

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of TRAX projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and client communication.
You will work directly with enterprise clients, contractors, and internal teams to deploy TRAX solutions including IoT hardware, software platforms, and integrations.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
This role requires 2-3 days in office in Alpharetta, GA.
Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership & Execution
· Lead full lifecycle of client projects from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Client Success
· Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
· Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation plans
· Manage multiple concurrent deployments across various client locations
Client Management

· Serve as primary operational point of contact for assigned client projects
· Lead client kickoff meetings, project reviews, and status calls
· Manage client expectations and ensure strong client experience
· Coordinate with client IT teams, facilities teams, and leadership
Installation & Deployment Coordination

· Coordinate installation of TRAX hardware, sensors, and supporting infrastructure
· Manage relationships with installation vendors, contractors, and partners
· Support light installation needs of TRAX hardware
· Ensure successful deployment, testing, and system readiness
Internal Cross-Functional Leadership

· Coordinate with internal teams including:
· Sales
· Client Success
· Product and Engineering
· Implementation
· Operations
· Ensure smooth transition from Sales to Implementation to Client Success
· Escalate and resolve issues efficiently
Project Tracking & Reporting

· Track project progress and maintain accurate documentation within PM Software
· Provide regular status updates to leadership
· Maintain project records, timelines, and deployment details
· Ensure internal systems are updated with accurate project information
Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· 3–6 years of project management, implementation, or operations experience
· Experience managing client-facing technology projects
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong problem-solving ability
