Job description

You own client success delivery for our done-with-you and done-for-you studios, and you assist our DIY clients as needed.

Three parts to the work:

Onboarding. You take new done-with-you clients from signed to sending. You run our done-with-you curriculum, teach the RevText platform, build the first campaigns with them, and hand them the keys once they can drive it themselves.

Then you go further: you own our onboarding tactics and keep sharpening them so every new studio ramps faster than the last.

Ongoing account management. You keep our done-for-you accounts producing. You write their campaign copy, watch their numbers, and bring them the next idea before they ask for it.

Ownership and innovation. You own the client resource library end to end: what gets built, what gets retired, and what gets recorded next. You are the person who finds the friction in the client experience and engineers it out.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

●     Run the done-with-you curriculum with new studios, start to finish.

●     Own and evolve our onboarding tactics: the curriculum, the checklists, the handoff, all of it.

●     Write SMS campaign copy for clients: winbacks, lead nurture, retention, events, retail, referrals, challenges, etc.

●     Coach clients to write their own compliant, compelling and concise copy.

●     Own the resource library: plan it, build it, record it, keep it current.

●     Record videos for the resource library. Nobody has ever said "I loved that training video." Go be the first one someone says that about. Think "edu-tainment."

●     Film the occasional social media post. Get on camera and be the fun one. Every fit-tech company posts stock footage of a treadmill. We would rather post you, actually explaining why their winback text flopped.

●     Support the sales team on discovery calls as needed as the voice of the client experience.

●     Identify upgrade, upsell or referral opportunities for the sales team.

●     Gather the numbers that become case studies: show-up rate, lead-to-member conversion, winbacks, retention, retail, RSVPs.

●     Find what is broken in the client experience, propose the fix, and ship it.

●     Communicate bugs, improvements and new feature ideas to the team as you lead clients through the platform.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You are organized to the point that nothing falls through. You run your own calendar and your own follow-ups without anyone checking on you.

You are execution focused. You would rather ship the campaign today than perfect the plan by Friday.

You are a builder, not just an operator. Hand you a process and you will run it well once, then come back with a better version.

You write well. Not "I got A's in English" well. You can take a studio owner's rambling idea and turn it into 160 characters that get a member off the couch and into a 6am class. Clean sentence structure, concise, with an undertone that makes people act.

Clients trust you on the first call, and you are comfortable on camera.

You are genuinely tech savvy. Complex platforms do not intimidate you, and you already use AI tools to work faster and think better.

You will be expected to raise our bar here, not just meet it.

You love to serve. You measure your win by your client's win, and you do the unglamorous work when that is what the client needs.

NICE TO HAVE

●     Time in the fitness industry: studio, gym, franchise, front desk, coaching, ownership, any of it.

●     If you are not from the industry, you train regularly and you know it from the inside as a member.

●     Experience with a fitness CRM. Mariana Tek or Mindbody preferred.

●     Experience with SMS, email, or marketing automation software.

●     Experience building training content, courses, or video resources.

THE DETAILS

●     W-2, full time.

●     Remote. No office, no relocation.

●     Compensation discussed in the first conversation.

●     Reports to the Client Success Manager.

Company Description

We do not sell software and walk away. We run the campaigns, we write the copy, and we sit on the calls where a studio owner finds out that texting her lapsed members brought back eleven of them in a week.

Fit-tech is one of the fastest growing corners of the fitness industry, and we are a fast-growing company inside it.

We are hiring one intern to learn client success from the inside: real clients, real campaigns, real numbers. Not coffee runs. If you want a career in fitness, marketing, or tech, this is where all three meet.
