  • Manage the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded.
  • Work closely with Account Delivery Managers and Associates to ensure efficient account operations.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals and how DXC's various offerings can address them.
  • Assist in budget management and cost control for the accounts.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and assess how they impact account strategies.
  • Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Provide regular status updates on account performance.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline. (Advanced degree is a nice to have but not required)
  • 15 years relevant experience
  • Active PMP or PgMP
  • Active SECRET Clearance
  • Must be located in the DC Metro Area and be prepared to be onsite as required.

Other Qualifications:
  • AI/ML Certifications
  • Other relevant technical certifications
  • Experience managing program portfolios

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $137,900 - $256,100.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
