Job description

The Client Service Associate partners with Wealth Advisors and internal teams to provide responsive, accurate service to clients and prospects. This role serves as a primary point of contact for client service needs and coordinates closely with advisory operations, trading, portfolio management, tax, billing, and other support teams.

Responsibilities include client communications, meeting coordination, onboarding, service request processing, data management, presentation support, and follow-up. Success in this role requires strong organization, communication, judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This position may be based in either the greater Bellevue / Seattle or San Francisco Bay Area, depending on business needs and candidate fit. We anticipate a hybrid work arrangement, with regular in-office collaboration expected approximately 1–3 days per week. Remote work flexibility is supported, along with occasional travel.
