Reporting to the head of Canada Global Payments Solutions, the Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) will be responsible for managing and aggressively growing treasury revenue across a portfolio of Large Corporate clients with a concentration in the Natural Resource Group (NRG) industry sector. He or she will partner with Corporate Bankers, Trade, Liquidity, Investment, Foreign Exchange partners and others across the enterprise and the globe to develop customized treasury solutions that meet client objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth by developing new and underpenetrated client relationships, while expanding existing client portfolios.

  • Be accountable for revenue growth, profitability, client planning, client engagement, portfolio development, pricing strategy, and the development and delivery of proposals and presentations.

  • Maintain a strong client focus, supported by deep treasury industry expertise, an understanding of evolving technologies and innovation, sector knowledge, and a broad understanding of the bank's structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and services.

  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, lead, and mobilize business partners, supported by solid financial acumen.

  • Exhibit a resultsdriven mindset, with a consistent track record of achieving goals and a willingness to challenge and continuously develop oneself.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience

  • Broad and deep treasury / cash management industry experience, including global product knowledge and industry trends

  • Ability to travel regularly
