As a Financial Advisor Manager within our High Net Worth Advice business, you'll lead a team of CFP® professionals who serve successful individuals and families with approximately $500,000 to $5 million in investable assets. These clients depend on Vanguard for trusted guidance, sophisticated financial planning, and long-term wealth management strategies.
This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about developing talent, creating a culture of coaching and accountability, and helping advisors deliver exceptional client outcomes at scale.

What You'll Do
Develop and Inspire High-Performing Advisors
Lead a team of experienced financial advisors by providing coaching, mentoring, and performance leadership that elevates both the advisor and client experience.

  • Create an environment focused on accountability, collaboration, development, and continuous improvement.

Partner with advisors to deliver personalized wealth management solutions that help clients navigate complex financial decisions with confidence.

Qualifications
  • Five years related work experience in financial services. Supervisory experience preferred.

  • This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.
