Account Manager

We are seeking a high-performing, competitive Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage commercial insurance accounts with the intensity and focus required to deliver top-tier service, solve complex problems, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities
  • Client Management & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring prompt, professional responses to all client and carrier inquiries. Manage the full cycle of account maintenance, including policy updates, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous data integrity within our Agency Management System (AMS) and Filecenter. Execute renewals with 120-day lead times, meticulously tracking all checklists, loss runs, and application updates.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Collaborate with account executives to navigate complex coverage issues. Use your competitive drive to resolve challenges efficiently and ensure seamless policy administration.

Financial & Administrative Oversight
  • Manage premium calculations, audits, and commissions. Proactively handle accounts receivable, identifying past-due balances and coordinating check requests for refunds.
  • Process claims, bonds, and certificates. Support front-office operations, including phone coverage and mail distribution, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
